With over 30 years of experience, we’ve fine-tuned the process to help tenants find the best possible home that works for them. Each of our listings have all the information future tenants need when deciding which home to move into and we want to give them the best possible idea of what each home has to offer before seeing it in person. Each listing includes plenty of marketing photos, a floor plan with dimensions, and an interactive 360 tour! Tenants are thoroughly screened; credit and background checks are completed before signing their lease and are provided with a detailed move-in inspection with photos and descriptions. Each owner receives detailed monthly reports and funds are sent directly to your bank so you can sit back and enjoy the benefits of owning income property without having to deal with the daily interactions.

Our Gallery tab has a wide range of interactive Before-and-After photos showing off various renovation projects we have completed for our owners. We also have on staff a licensed drone photographer who can inspect roofing, gutters, and exteriors of buildings for damage without having to send someone up, especially with the rainy season approaching.
